New Rental Procedure *Revised December 2nd, 2024

The Renter agrees:

-To pay a non-refundable one-time Service fee *Per Bike of $16.50 (1 Hour-6 Days) OR $33.00 (6+ Days) & the rental fees at the start of the rental.

-If reserving online, the rental fees must be paid in full to secure the booking.

-For the Renter to provide a deposit for each rented bicycle from the Owner via Cash or Secure Fygaro Credit Card Link. We only accept Visa or MasterCard, via the link & in store.

* The deposit above will be returned once the rental is completed. If the deposit is paid via Fygaro, the bank typically releases the funds in 5-10 business days. *Any fees relating to the Deposit are paid by the Renter.

Deposit Amounts:

-$300.00 – Jamis Boss Cruiser 7 Speed / Jamis MTB / Road Bike

-$500.00 – E-Bike

-After the rental, if the said bicycle(s) are returned to the Owner after having been damaged while in the Renter’s possession & if the Owner is able to repair the said bicycle(s) then the cost of repairs will be paid by the Renter.

-During the rental, if the said bicycle(s) have a mechanical issue, the Renter is responsible for its repair, during or after the rental. This includes flat tubes, broken cables, missing lock keys, missing helmets, etc. Tubes going down are not the Owner’s fault. The bicycle(s) are given to the Renter in good riding condition. We do provide pick-up if necessary & if the truck is available; the charges range depending on the area. The Renter is responsible for these charges.

-Not to hold the Owner responsible for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to any person(s) including the Renter resulting from the use of said bicycle(s).

You are responsible for the bikes and equipment until they are returned.
